Please note that we can only routinely prescribe items on your repeat prescription slip. Items not on this slip will need to be sent to your usual doctor and may not be prescribed without an appointment. 

To request a repeat prescription you need to pass a request into reception or send your request via email. We DO NOT take prescription requests over the phone.

You can also register for Online services or my GP app which you can request repeat medication on. Please contact the surgery for log in details. 

Prescriptions require a turnaround of 48 HOURS, apart from in exceptional circumstances. This is demonstrated in the following table.
