Telephone Consultations
If you want to speak to the GP or Practice Nurse during the day please contact the surgery and a telephone appointment will be made for you. If you need to speak to the GP urgently then the reception staff will ask for brief information that can be passed on to the GP and it is down to the GP’s discretion as to whether the matter needs to be dealt with straight away or after surgery. For less urgent calls the receptionist will ask for brief information and your name will be added to the appointment system and a time will be given for you to call back to speak to the GP.
If you need to discuss something with one of the Practice Nurses, your details will be passed on and the nurse will endeavour to contact you at the earliest opportunity.
