Telephone Triage/Face to Face Appointments

We run all our surgeries by an appointment-only system. Appointments can be booked by telephoning the surgery, visiting the surgery in person or online using your patient access or myGP app. 

Our on the day appointments are available at 8am. We no longer take appointments at 1:30pm. Please note we can pre book appointments 2 weeks in advance, If on the day the GP's clinic is at full capacity our reception staff will refer you to alternative services i.e. Extended services out of hours GP, pharmacy, Walk in centre, NHS 111. If you feel you need to seek URGENT medical attention please attend A&E or dial 999. 

Home visit requests should be made before by calling the surgery before 11am, where possible.

We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.

As this is a teaching practice you may occasionally be asked to see a student doctor, should you have any objections please speak to a member of our reception staff, as no offence will be taken.
