NURSE APPOINTMENTS
Our practice nurse, Trish works on a Tuesday 9am - 3pm and Thursdays 2pm- 6pm. Our Practice Nurse covers a variety of services including chronic disease monitoring (Asthma, Diabetes, COPD etc), seasonal flu jabs (where applicable) and holiday vaccinations. Additionally, Trish can administer childhood vaccinations and immunisations.

HOLIDAY IMMUNISATIONS
If you are travelling abroad, especially outside Europe, you may need extra vaccinations. Please make an appointment to see the Practice Nurse. Please note that Malaria tablets are only issued on a Private Prescription and are not funded by the NHS.

FLU/PNEUMONIA INJECTIONS
In accordance with the Department of Health guidelines, we recommend annual flu vaccines for patients over the age of 65 or on a chronic disease register, this also applies for the pneumonia vaccine. Flu clinics are set up at the beginning of the winter period.
